Delivery is free of charge
for all products
over 100 euros
Delivery in France, Belgium, Germany, Spain.
We do not deliver to Corsica or DOM-TOM.
PREPARATION TIME OF ORDER:
If all the products of your basket are in stock, the preparation of order is made immediately:
Your order can be sent several times if some products are out of stock.
We will send you the products in stock in a first package,
and the products being restocked in a second package when the time comes.
Our strategy is simple: to have a maximum of stock in order to be fast in delivery.
We therefore systematically specify on each product sheet if the product is in stock in our warehouse in Bailly-Romainvilliers 77
and if not, we indicate a delivery date.
So no bad surprise for you.
For generators over 30 kgs, delivery is made within 2 to 4 days
by the carrier SCHENKER who will systematically make an appointment by phone with you.
For small packages of less than 30 kgs, delivery is made within 24 to 48 hours by the carrier CHRONOPOST.
As soon as your package is shipped, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking link.
You will be able to follow the progress of your order.

Please take the time to check the product before signing for it. If there is any problem with it, please refuse it and contact us.
The store pickup is possible from Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
at our warehouse at 23 avenue Christian Doppler 77700 Bailly-Romainvilliers.
To know if the product is in stock, you just have to consult its product sheet.
If the mention "In stock, delivery 24/48 h" is present, it means that the product is physically
in stock in our warehouse in Bailly-Romainvilliers 77.
You can therefore come and get it. Attention payment only by credit card, cash. No check.
For the products not available, you will be automatically informed by mail and/or telephone, of their availability.
All product returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.
If you wish to return the package, the shipping costs will be at your charge.
Please note! If you do not find a transport solution to return the product to us,
we can schedule a pickup for you through our transport company.
The returned product must be in its original packaging, clean, emptied (no gasoline, no oil) and have been running for less than 1 hour.
Your product arrives damaged?
Refuse to sign the delivery note, unless you have reservations, and refuse the goods.
